Quick answers
Vedaspera, explained
What is Vedaspera?
Vedaspera is a cloud-based school management platform, positioned as the operating system for modern schools. It connects school management, teachers, students and parents across everyday workflows — attendance, timetables, homework, assessments, report cards and communication. It is built by OMNISPERA PRIVATE LIMITED.
What does “School Operating System” mean?
It is a way of describing what Vedaspera does — it does not replace a computer's operating system. Just as an operating system coordinates everything running on a device, Vedaspera brings the everyday operational workflows of a school (attendance, timetables, homework, assessments, report cards and communication) into one connected platform, so the whole school runs in sync.
Who is Vedaspera for?
Vedaspera is for schools that want to run daily operations in one place. It serves four connected roles: school management and administrators who configure and oversee the school, teachers who run classes and academics, students who follow their day and work, and parents who stay informed about their children.
What does Vedaspera help schools manage?
Vedaspera helps schools manage student and staff records, daily attendance, class timetables, homework and submissions, learning materials, assessments and marks, report cards, announcements, the school calendar and notifications — all within a single school workspace.
How does Vedaspera help teachers?
Teachers see their day and week at a glance, mark and submit attendance for their classes, set homework and assignments, share learning materials, record assessments and marks, and communicate through announcements — without juggling separate registers and spreadsheets.
How do parents use Vedaspera?
Parents use Vedaspera to stay informed about their children's school life — attendance, homework, timetable, results and announcements. A parent linked to more than one child can switch between children to see each one's context.
Can a parent view multiple children?
Yes. A parent account can be linked to more than one child. Parents switch between their linked children to view each child's attendance, timetable, homework, results and announcements individually.
Can schools import existing student data?
Yes. School onboarding includes importing existing student and teacher records so a school can move to Vedaspera without re-entering data by hand. Imports are verified during setup before the school goes live.
Does Vedaspera support school timetables?
Yes. Vedaspera includes a school timetable with Today and Week views. Teachers and students can see the current class, the next class, break periods and free periods, so everyone knows where they need to be.
How does school onboarding work?
Onboarding follows a clear path: the school is set up and configured, a School Admin is established, academic structure is defined, existing students and teachers are imported, the data is verified, and then the school goes live. The Vedaspera team supports this during your demo and setup.
How much does Vedaspera cost?
Vedaspera plans are configured according to the size and operational requirements of your school. Book a demo and we will discuss the right setup and plan for your institution.
Is Vedaspera secure?
Vedaspera uses role-based access so people only see what their role allows, and each school's data is kept in its own isolated workspace. Access follows real relationships — the classes a teacher is assigned to, the children a parent is linked to — rather than broad account labels.
